Add all of the oil drops into your diffuser with 100 ml of water and run for 20-30 minutes to help alleviate a negative mood.

Cramp Crusher Massage Oil

2 oz Carrier oil

15 drops Lavender essential oil

10 drops Clary Sage essential oil

8 drops Geranium essential oil
