• Add a few drops of Lemongrass to your diffuser for an uplifting and relaxing aroma.
• Lemongrass essential oil has strong antifungal properties which makes it great at fighting athlete’s foot. Mix together 7 drops of lemongrass, 7 drops of tea tree, 7 drops of palmarosa, 8 drops of patchouli with 1oz (30ml) of aloe vera gel. Mix well and apply to the affected area 3 times a day. Continue application for 1 month, or for a week after visible symptoms subside.
• When making homemade mosquito repellent, add 30 drops of eucalyptus lemon essential oil and 10 drops of lemongrass to 3.5oz (100ml) of distilled water. If using on children under 5 years old, apply the spray to their clothing instead of directly on their skin.
• Use in a massage oil to help relax muscles.
• Add 2-3 drops to a wash cloth or wool dryer balls, then toss into the dryer to give clothes a fresh and uplifting scent.
