It is one of the best things for tired, achy feet, and is known for stimulating new ideas and creativity.

Use in the morning to add some pep into your step, during the day to relieve a headache, or at night to soak tired feet.

Diffuse to help to clear the mind, refresh and uplift your spirits, energise you, and cool down feelings of anger.
Tired, achy feet? Blend 3 to 4 drops of peppermint oil in one tablespoon (15ml) of aloe vera gel and apply to legs and feet. Keep your aloe vera gel in the fridge for an extra cooling effect.
If you have a headache, add one drop of peppermint oil and three drops of lavender oil into a 10ml roller bottle. Fill with your favourite carrier oil and massage onto temples and back of the neck.
Ants really dislike the minty aroma of peppermint. Put a few drops in areas where you think they are sneaking into your home, and add a few drops to your floor cleaner and other DIY cleaning recipes.

They use natural, plant-derived fertilisers and all the peppermint is collected by hand so the natural ecosystem is not disturbed. Any plant material that is left over after the distillation process is reused as natural fertiliser, and the cycle continues.

May be a skin irritant. Use in low dilution (1-2% or 3-5 drops of peppermint oil to one tablespoon / 15ml carrier oil) for topical use. Avoid using on children under 5 years of age as it can be neurotoxic when applied near the face.
