Yes, you earn Pure Points for all purchases made on our website.
Can I earn Pure Points when I purchase your products from other websites such as Amazon?
No, you will only earn Pure Points when you purchase our products directly from our website.
Do my Pure Points expire?
No, they will never expire. Use your points as soon as you earn them or save them up for a larger purchase in the future. It’s up to you!
When will my Pure Points be added to my account?
Once your order has shipped you will see the points in your account.
I created an account with you last year. Will I still receive 30 points for creating an account?
The system will not automatically add 30 points to accounts which were created before the programme was launched. To receive your 30 points for account creation, please email info@mypureearth.com and provide the name and email on your account. We will manually add these points for you.
