After Bite Spray

Get relief from bug bites with my naturally soothing after bite spray recipe.

Whether you forgot to apply bug repellant or you missed a spot, this after bite spray is here to help you get rid of the redness and that annoying itch. This recipe is meant for children 12+ and adults. If you have younger children, skip the essential oils and just use straight up lavender hydrosol.

Directions

Step 1 Pour the lavender hydrosol into your spray bottle.

Step 2 Add the essential oils and solubol.

Step 3 Twist the cap on the bottle and shake well to emulsify the essential oils and hydrosol before use.

Step 4 Spray on affected areas as needed for relief.
