Help combat anxious and stressful moments for kids and adults alike.
A simple, beautiful diffuser blend to help kids and even adults combat those occasional anxious moments. I have recommended this blend to clients who’s children get anxious in the morning about going to school, or feel stressed about the day ahead. Simply diffuse for the entire family in the morning to help calm feelings of anxiousness and stress. It’s also great for bedtime if your child is wound up or feeling stressed.
Because children are more sensitive to aroma, I always recommend using the intermittent setting on your diffuser and ensuring good ventilation if diffusing in a small space.
This recipe is for children 5+.
