Calm the Nerves Roller Blend
This beautiful blend is perfect for when you need to soothe and calm the nervous system.
These essential oils are profoundly calming to the entire system, working to relax, ground, and balance your physical, and emotional self. All three of these oils are known to help calm the nervous system, and when you combine them, the result is profound relaxation! I love using this combination in my diffuser, body lotion, roller bottles and even in my bath salts.
This blend was created at a 2% dilution. I always recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Directions
Step 1 Fill a clean, dry roller bottle with 10ml jojoba oil (leaving a small gap at the top for your essential oils).
Step 2 Add the drops of essential oils into the bottle.
Step 3 Snap on the rollerball to the top of the bottle and twist on the lid.
Step 4 Roll/shake the bottle to disperse the essential oils evenly into the jojoba oil.
Step 5 Add a pretty label to your new blend and enjoy! Roll directly onto your wrists, neck and temples.
