Calming Bath Soak

Elevate your bath time with this simple recipe to help you relax, recharge, and find your inner calm. Just mix, pour, and soak 😉

Fill your tub with warm water, pour a handful of these salts into the bath, and feel your stress dissolve. Bergamot, geranium and palmarosa are known for being emotionally uplifting and balancing. Palmarosa also moisturises skin, stimulates cell regeneration, and encourages elasticity. Its a perfect combo for your emotions and your skin.


1/2 cup epsom salts

1 tsp fractioned coconut oil (FCO)

A small bowl or jar

Step 3 Pour the blend into the bath and swirl the water around to disperse the blend evenly.
