The essential oils in this steam blend work together to help open up the sinuses so you can breathe freely.
It’s hard to have a good day when your sinuses are blocked and you feel like you can’t breathe. When this happens in my house, I pull out a glass or metal mixing bowl, boil some water and start blending. After you inhale this steam for a few minutes you should find some instant relief. You can then steam and repeat every few hours until your sinuses naturally start opening up. I also use this steam when I feel a cold or flu coming on as it will help your sinuses fight off a potential nasty head cold.
This steam is for adults only. If you have little ones with blocked sinuses I recommend diffusing Siberian pine around them during the day and in their bedroom at night.

10 drops Siberian pine essential oilView Details
Picture the infinite white plains of Siberia, blanketed in pristine snow. Now that you have your headspace back, add a few drops of Siberian pine (also known as Siberian fir). Its bright, fresh, piney, woody, and balsamic aroma is great for sinus health, and topically, for sore/achy muscles. Emotionally, it can help to curb anxiety and sadness while bringing clarity to the mind.
