This blend was created at a 2% dilution. I always recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

3 drops peppermint essential oilView Details

Peppermint oil’s strong, refreshing aroma has been known to help with mental fatigue, depression, and even to end a headache. It is one of the best things for tired, achy feet, and is known for stimulating new ideas and creativity.
Step 1 Add the essential oils and almond oil into your pump bottle.
Step 2 Twist the lid on and shake well to mix the oils.
Step 3 Apply 1-2 pumps (or 1 tsp) of the oil blend to your abdomen and massage.
Step 4 Please note that this blend contains phototoxic oils. You should avoid exposing your abdomen to direct sunlight for 12hrs after applying this blend.
