Were your eyes bigger than your stomach? Or maybe you suffer from digestive issues even when you practise portion control. Either way, this belly massage oil is a great way to get your digestive system moving and soothe a bloated, gas filled tummy.

This blend was created at a 2% dilution. I always recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Directions

Step 1 Add the essential oils and almond oil into your pump bottle.

Step 2 Twist the lid on and shake well to mix the oils.

Step 3 Apply 1-2 pumps (or 1 tsp) of the oil blend to your abdomen and massage.

Step 4 Please note that this blend contains phototoxic oils. You should avoid exposing your abdomen to direct sunlight for 12hrs after applying this blend.
