Dreamtime Bath Soak

This relaxing bath blend is comforting, relaxing, and will help you get into a dreamy state of mind.

When I originally created the dreamtime blend, the first thing I did was test it out as a bath blend. I’m a huge fan of a relaxing bath before bedtime, so I am always trying out new combinations to help me relax at the end of the day. The dreamtime blend is one of my staples, both in the bath and in my diffuser. For me, I don’t only need to feel relaxed to drift off to sleep, I also need to be in a positive state of mind, which is why this blend has a combination of relaxing oils, and a little citrus burst of orange positivity. So you can not only drift off to sleep feeling relaxed, but with a little smile on your face. Happy dreaming!

This recipe is safe for children 5-12 years old when you cut amounts in half.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Epsom salts

1 tsp jojoba oil

6 drops dreamtime essential oil blendView Details

Directions

Step 1 Combine the jojoba oil and dreamtime in a small bowl.

Step 2 Mix in the salts. You can use a spoon, or your hands.

Step 3 Pour the blend into the bath and swirl the water around to disperse the blend evenly.

Step 4 Climb in, close your eyes, and soak for at least 30 minutes.
