If its good enough for Jesse Williams, shouldn’t you give it a try? This is one of his favourite bath blends to use when he feels achy, stuffed up, or just exhausted after a long day of shooting Grey’s Anatomy. He told me this himself. I pinky promise 😉

1/2 cup epsom salts
1 tbsp jojoba oil
4 drops eucalyptus essential oilView Details
3 drops lavender essential oilView Details
A small bowl or jar
Step 1 Combine the jojoba oil and essential oils in a small bowl or jar.
Step 2 Mix in the salts. You can use a spoon, or your hands.
Step 3 Pour the blend into the bath and swirl the water around to disperse the blend evenly.
Step 4 Climb in, soak, and take a deep breath.
