Exhale Diffuser Blend

This blend reminds us to stop holding our breath and finally..... exhale.

I love this diffuser blend and use it often when I’m feeling rushed or stressed. I recently moved house, and had it diffusing while I was trying to pack up boxes and my children thought it was fun to unpack them… I used vetiver as its known to calm and soothe anxious feelings, dispel anger, irritability, reduce tension, and stress (all the feels I had while I watched my kids repeatedly dig into boxes five minutes before the movers were due to arrive). When you combine vetiver with a sunny, uplifting oil such as orange, you will have an emotionally grounding blend that will lift up your spirits and bring the positive vibes back into your day. If this blend can bring positive vibes on moving day, its a keeper!
