Find Your Focus Yoga Mat Spray
Clean your mat with a refreshing, focusing, and all-natural spray.
This is a beautiful, all-natural cleaning spray for your yoga mat when you want to start your practise with focus. I use this blend when I go to a studio and want to clean their mat before I use it. Or even if I bring my own mat, I will give it a few sprays before I start my practice, and then use it again to clean my mat at the end.
I have listed “distilled” water in this recipe because normal tap water contains bacteria. Distilled water will extend the life of this spray to around 30 days. If you don’t have distilled water available at home, you can also boil tap water for a few minutes to remove the bacteria, and then let it cool before adding it to your blend.
