Stop bad smells before they start with this clever bathroom spray recipe.
This is a spin on a recipe from a popular store bought brand. The idea is really quite genius. You spray the surface of the water in the toilet bowl with this blend, and the mixture creates a barrier on the surface of the water. That barrier keeps yucky smells trapped below the surface so that all you smell are the aromas of the oils.
If you want to give this as a gift, or use it in a guest bathroom, I recommend adding solubol (dispersant) to the mix, so it will work even if people forget to shake it.
