I love this foot soak recipe because it’s relaxing and also boosts your immune system at the same time. Slide this foot soak under your desk while working from home, or open a book and take a 20 min break while soaking. It’s also a great addition to movie nights, bringing new meaning to Netflix and chill.

1 tsp carrier oil (jojoba and coconut oil are both great options)

Take a deep breathful of Shield, and you can’t miss it; what life force smells like. Step 1 Mix the carrier oil with Shield in a small bowl.
Step 2 Mix the epson salts in with the oil mixture.
Step 3 Add this mixture to a warm bowl of water and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes. Soak and repeat as often as you like.
