RECIPE
Boost your massage experience with this simple and soothing oil blend.
I always bring my own massage oil with me when I book a massage at a spa. I find many spas still use massage oils with strong perfumes, cheap carrier oils, or I just don’t like the smell of their options. If you haven’t done this before, I highly recommend it, as it will give a serious boost to your massage experience! This simple massage oil recipe would be a great option to start with. It combines frankincense, lavender, German chamomile and orange. It not only smells amazing, but works to reduce stress and usher in peace and calm. Be warned… once you try it, you may find yourself trying to fit in a massage every day, and the spa will be asking you for your recipe.
This blend was created at a 2% dilution. I always recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Frankincense’s benefits are worth their weight in gold – if you own only one bottle of essential oil, make it frankincense. Three Wise Men, we see you.
