Relaxation & Rest Massage Oil

If you struggle to calm your mind and relax before bedtime, try adding this blend to your nighttime ritual.

A relaxing evening ritual is key to a good nights rest. If you struggle with quieting your mind before your head hits the pillow, give this calming and uplifting massage blend a try. It’s also a great option if you don’t have access to a diffuser (when travelling etc). Just crawl into bed, and massage your chest, shoulders, neck and temples with this oil combo. It’s a beautiful ritual to end your day.

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. I always recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

Directions
