RECIPE
Have a big challenge on the mind? Can't kick monkey brain after a long day? Try adding a handful of these salts to your bath, and soak your troubles away.
This is the bath blend I tend to make when I have had a long, rough day. When I can’t seem to make all those monkeys in my head quiet down, and I feel overwhelmed. I usually grab a good book, turn off my phone, and start blending. This recipe also makes a great DIY gift.
