Reduce muscle ache and stiffness with this calming and focusing massage blend.
Sitting at a desk all day can be rough on your neck and shoulders. I usually start feeling stiff around 2-3pm and this is when I pull out my massage oil. This blend has rosemary and lavender oil which helps to reduce pain and muscle ache, while also helping to reduce stress and keep you alert. It’s the perfect mid afternoon boost, both physically and mentally. You can also double this recipe and add it to a roller bottle for a more portable, mess free application.
This blend was created at a 3% dilution. I always recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.

The herb goes great with potatoes; the oil equally so with couch potatoes. Rosemary’s strong, fresh, sweet, and slightly medicinal aroma awakens the senses and is known to boost productivity. It clears the head; improving memory, and increasing your focus and concentration. It is also great for hair and scalp health.
Step 1 Combine the essential oils and carrier oil in a small bowl or jar and mix well.
Step 2 Massage a few drops of the blend onto your neck and shoulders.
Step 3 Gently turn your neck from side to side, roll your shoulders back a few times, and continue with your day.
