Stiff Neck and Shoulders Massage Oil

Reduce muscle ache and stiffness with this calming and focusing massage blend.

Sitting at a desk all day can be rough on your neck and shoulders. I usually start feeling stiff around 2-3pm and this is when I pull out my massage oil. This blend has rosemary and lavender oil which helps to reduce pain and muscle ache, while also helping to reduce stress and keep you alert. It’s the perfect mid afternoon boost, both physically and mentally. You can also double this recipe and add it to a roller bottle for a more portable, mess free application.

This blend was created at a 3% dilution. I always recommend a small patch test to ensure there is no skin sensitivity.
