Sweet Slumber Diffuser Blend

This diffuser blend will help any member of your family relax, and drift off into a slumber which is oh so sweet.

Vetiver can help with an overactive mind and has a very grounding aroma which is beneficial for focus and steadying scattered thoughts. Lavender’s relaxing floral aroma calms the mind and body, eases tension and is great to aid sleep. Cedarwood has been known to relieve mental strain, help with symptoms of depression and bring relief for insomnia when stress-related. When you combine these oils, the result is a beautiful diffuser blend which helps you relax, and drift off to a slumber which is oh so sweet. This blend is perfect for the whole family, but if you are diffusing this in a room with children under 5 years old, I recommend setting your diffuser to the intermittent setting. Our Meraki diffuser has this option.

Directions

Step 1 Add the drops of essential oils to the diffuser with water and run 20 minutes prior to bedtime. Continue on the intermittent setting throughout the night.
