Wake Up & Limber Up Bath Soak

Soak away morning stiffness, energize muscles and joints while promoting healthy circulation, and a focused mind.

Fill your tub with warm water, pour a handful of these salts into the bath, and feel your body relax and limber up. This blend is comforting and energizing at the same time. A great blend to use for those mornings when your mind and body don’t feel like getting out of bed.

1/4 cup pink Himalayan fine salt (or epsom salts)

1 tsp jojoba oil

Step 3 Pour the blend into the bath and swirl the water around to disperse the blend evenly.

Step 4 Climb in, soak, and get ready to take on the day.
