SHIPPING POLICY

SINGAPORE & MALAYSIA  

We offer free shipping on orders above S$50 within Singapore & Malaysia. Orders under $50 in value will be charged S$7.00 for standard shipping.

Shipments within Singapore will be delivered 2-3 working days from the time your order is received.

Shipments within Malaysia will be delivered within 1-3 weeks from the time your order is received.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS  

All orders over S$300 will qualify for free standard international shipping.
We provide express and standard shipping options with Purolator. International delivery rates and estimated delivery times are automatically calculated during check out.

TRACKING YOUR ORDERS  

If you’d like to track your order, please email orders@mypureearth.com and provide your order number. We will email your order tracking information within one business day from receiving your email.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note that the Returns Policy only applies to products purchased from www.mypureearth.com and not from third-party websites or retail locations. If you purchased our products from a third-party vendor, please consult the returns policy of the original place of purchase.

It is important to us that you are completely happy with your purchase. New, unopened items that were purchased through our website (www.mypureearth.com) can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase and will reflect in your account 8-10 days after the returned product is received at our office. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Please email orders@mypureearth.com with your order number and the reason for the return so we can assist you.

Damaged and wrongly-shipped items may be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser. Please email orders@mypureearth.com and provide your order number and photos of the damaged / incorrect item so we can assist you.

CANCELLATION POLICY  

We can cancel and refund an order as long as it has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to prevent the dispatch of your order. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the original purchase and will reflect in your account 8-10 days after the cancellation has been processed. Please note that once an order has been placed, we cannot change it on our end. We can assist you with cancelling your order so you can go ahead and place a new one. 

INTERNATIONAL REGULATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS  

Customs and import regulations vary greatly between countries. Some of the products we sell are prohibited for importation into certain countries. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to be aware of all regulations specific to any given country. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any goods purchased are not prohibited/restricted within your delivery country. My Pure Earth Pte Ltd accepts no liability for the refund/replacement of any goods or any costs relating to or arising from, the importation or confiscation of any goods by your country’s Customs Office or other government body. Likewise, any import duty or tax payable on your order is not the responsibility of My Pure Earth Pte Ltd and is beyond our control.

If your order is returned to us due to banned/restricted products, a wrong address or refusal to pay fees, we will issue you a refund for products that are returned to us in resalable condition. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges and for any additional customs fees for your returned package. Those charges will be deducted from your order total and the remaining balance is the amount that will be refunded.
